So I’m thinking of asking for the Tracy Anderson Method Metamorphosis series for Christmas. Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie and most recently Jlo herself have been singing Tracy Anderson’s praises and we all know how AMAZING Jlo looks as of late. But I’m sure you get the routine down after a few tries. Although I did find it a little hard to follow along since she doesn’t count along or tell you how many reps you are doing. It was only a half hour long and my legs were a little wobbly for the rest of the day (which is a good thing). Anderson's most recent release is a set of DVDs called Metamorphosis by Tracy, which is designed to be an alternative to other one-size-fits-all exercise programs. So today I perused youtube and found a Tracy Anderson workout video and gave it a whirl. I believe that what is going on here is people having two different opinions on what bulking means. Tracy-Haters respond and say that without taking testosterone, women simply can’t bulk, it’s impossible.
